Plan Summary
The International Studies component in the program Bachelor of International Studies Bachelor of Laws provides the knowledge and skills essential for understanding and working in the rapidly changing global environment.
The Global Studies plan requires the completion of a sequence of courses in Global Studies and a core sequence of courses in International Studies, together with an approved overseas program to be undertaken during the third or fourth year of study. There is scope in the degree for students to study a language in depth. Courses in the Bachelor of International Studies in Global Studies are offered at all levels; they are taught in English and they require no previous knowledge of other languages. To fulfill the degree requirements of the Bachelor of International Studies program, all students complete one year of overseas study (INST3101 and INST3102).

Core Courses Second Year
Core Courses plus one of the following:
Third Year (one of the following)
Forth Year (after completion of OSP)
plus one of the courses from the Third Year list
