The program is geared to provide management-ready careers for men and women in the broad range of construction-related and property-related organisations.

Graduates of this degree who achieve a credit average are eligible to apply for the 1 year Bachelor of Construction Management & Property (Honours) program, students taking the Honours program can choose to specialise in one of the following fields;
