Description

This course introduces students to the laws related to the governance and operation of the building and construction industry in Australia. This course covers the Australian legal system, basic legal concepts and theories, sources and hierarchy of law, law of obligations, law of agency, dispute resolution and the concept of ‘property’ and categories of property law.
