Description
This course covers various planning, programming and scheduling techniques suitable for long, medium and short-term projects and tasks.
The course content provides the means for planning of construction projects across multiple phases of design, construction and commissioning.It also includes consideration of work study, risk analysis and decision making processes. Students are also required to learn commonly-used commercial software to produce project schedules.
