Stream Outline
This Master of Commerce specialisation examines the processes, structures, capabilities and work functions involved in managing people and organisations effectively. You will learn about planning, leading and directing, and how to build and develop relationships between people and organisations for effective performance.
Studying Management gives you the skills to manage a wide range of functions, and you will be able to effectively apply your knowledge and skills to many complex problems facing organisations in today’s dynamic global business environment.
