Description

The objective of this course is to enable you to identify and develop essential skills for bringing out the best in yourself and others, when working both within and between organisations. It will also highlight some of the possible pitfalls of management and enable you to begin the lifelong journey of developing strategies to avoid those pitfalls and systematically work towards realising your managerial and leadership potential!

This course is based on scholarly research and practical frameworks drawn from multiple disciplines including management, leadership, business administration, ethics, corporate social responsibility (CSR), cultural studies, and organisational psychology.
