Stream Outline

Marketing specialists need to build on their core set of high-level management and marketing skills, and the MCom (Extension) Marketing additional courses provides deeper marketing knowledge and practice based on the latest research and best practice insights. Choose from several specialised course options to create your personalised specialist post-graduate program to support your career ambitions.

Stream Structure

Master of Commerce (Extension) students must complete:
  • 2 MCom core courses
  • 3 Gateway courses - made up of designated specialist core course/s depending on the specialisation chosen
  • 6 Specialisation courses
  • 4 additional courses
  • 1 Capstone course
Gateway course - which must be completed as part of the general gateway course requirements:
