Plan Outline

Students must complete the following combination of courses to obtain a specialisation in Corporate, Commercial & Taxation Law for the Graduate Diploma in Law:
  • 18uoc from courses offered in the Corporate and Commercial Law specialisation;
  • 18uoc from courses offered in taxation offered by the Australian School of Taxation (Atax).
Students must complete courses from the following list of courses.

Courses for Corporate, Commercial & Taxation Law are the same as courses for the Corporate and Commerical specialisation, but also include Taxation courses offered as part of the Master of Taxation through the Australian School of Taxation (Atax).

When a student completes the Graduate Diploma in Law which incorporates a specialisation, the student’s academic transcript and Testamur will identify the specialisation and will contain the words ‘Graduate Diploma in Laws in [the specialisation completed]’ or words to that effect.
