Description
Intellectual property is one of the most dynamic areas of the law. It is also an area of major economic and social importance. The application of intellectual property law in each of these settings is not fully understood. The purpose of this course is to provide both law and non-law graduates insights and learnings into the use of intellectual property in licensing and commercialisation settings.
