Description

This course examines small, multi-storey buildings from the functional and construction operational points of view. It explores quality control and supervision; basement, ground-floor and upper-floor construction; methods of roofing, waterproofing; joinery; internal finishes; minor construction plant, formwork. It includes construction drafting, onsite observation, and a report on home unit building.
