Description

The Sir Harry Gibbs National Moot Competition is the only national mooting competition in Federal Constitutional Law. It is organised by the School of Law at Victoria University and is supported by the Australian Association of Constitutional Law. The competition began in 2002 with UNSW as a participant. The competition is held in Melbourne each year in late September/early October. The four team members will receive course credit for their participation.

Recommended Prior Knowledge

Ideally applicants for the mooting team will have successfully completed LAWS2150 Federal Constitutional Law. Some previous mooting experience is desirable but not essential.
