Description Commercial Finance LAWS3024 is an Undergraduate Elective which introduces students to the financing of transactions entered into by businesses in Australia.
As a 6 unit elective, Commercial Finance aims to provide an introduction to some principal areas of commercial law of general relevance to legal practice and of particular relevance to those interested in finance. Recommended Prior Knowledge Completion of LAWS2033 or LAWS3133 The Law of Banking or concurrent enrolment is recommended.
Pre-requisite: LAWS3018 Commercial Law Note: Students who have not completed Commercial Law can enrol but will need to do substantial preparation before the course commences. Main Topics
