Description This course continues the electronic circuit design experience of Electronics Design Laboratory 1, providing students with a range of laboratory experience, including the analysis, design, construction and testing of a variety of electronic circuits. Students typically work in pairs to produce and characterise a basic analogue AM communication system consisting of transmitter and receiver circuitry. Each group then undertakes additional analysis and design to supplement the basic system with additional features, such as alternative analogue or digital modulation schemes, frequency agility etc. This course provides students with the opportunity to consolidate theoretical material from other courses.
