Description
Expands and consolidates the student's mastery of a range of practical dance styles.
Learning Outcomes
Students who successfully complete this course should be able to:
- Demonstrate knowledge, understanding and skill in dance technique applied to a 'work'
- Demonstrate knowledge, understanding and skill in performance quality applied to a 'work'
- Demonstrate knowledge, understanding and skill in describing and analysing choreographic and teaching practices in a dance class
- Demonstrate choreography in a group 'work' that shows manipulation of the elements of dance and choreographic principles and processes to effectively communicate a specific concept/intent.
