The Master of Commerce has been revised for students commencing in 2013.

Students should always follow the program requirements according to the year they started their degree. For more information please visit Previous UNSW Online Handbooks.

Beginning its 50th year in 2013, the Master of Commerce program has a long and distinguished history in providing high quality, relevant business education to graduates with diverse backgrounds wishing to develop their skills and knowledge in business, as well as those who wish to broaden their undergraduate business degree.

After extensive consultation with internal and external stakeholders, both international and domestic, the revised Master of Commerce emphasises industry and practical orientation to assist students in gaining general business knowledge and providing a transition to a business specialisation in a wide range of disciplines. The program will allow students to apply concepts to and develop skills for contemporary business situations, built around the specialisation.

Note: Students who commenced their MCom degree prior to 2013 should refer to the program structure for the year they commenced. For more information please visit Previous UNSW Online Handbooks.
