Stream Outline
MBA (Operational Excellence) is a combination degree made up of courses from AGSM Executive Education and the AGSM MBAX Program. Participants choose from a range of core and elective courses from the MBAX program and complete their Lean & Six Sigma belt certification via Executive Education
Stream Structure
Master of Business Administration (Operational Excellence) students must complete:
- 4-6 Core courses depending on belt qualification
- Choose 6 if you are an Executive Black Belt + CEMD qualified
- Choose 4 if you are Master Black Belt qualified

- MBAX9100 Introduction to Management (6 UOC)
- MBAX9114 Marketing Management (6 UOC)
- MBAX9120 Accounting: A User Perspective (6 UOC)
- MBAX9122 Economics in Management Practi (6 UOC)
- MBAX9123 Corporate Finance (6 UOC)
- MBAX9125 Managing People & Organisation (6 UOC)
- MBAX9131 Leadership in a Complex Enviro (6 UOC)
- MBAX9135 Business Analytics (6 UOC)
or Strategy - course pending approval and code.
