Plan Outline

Students must complete at least 4 courses (24 uoc) from the following list to obtain a specialisation in Innovation Law in the Master of Business Law.

When a student completes the Master of Business Law which incorporates a specialisation, the student’s academic transcript and Testamur will identify the specialisation and will contain the words ‘Master of Business Law in [the specialisation completed]’ or words to that effect.

Please note that students are permitted to complete ONE of the following Intellectual Property courses only:
LAWS8017 Intellectual Property OR
LAWS8046 Intellectual Property law and Innovation OR
LEGT5411 Intellectual Property for Business
