Plan Summary
The Graduate Diploma in Arts in Korean Applied Linguistics (program 5225, plan code KORECS5225) aims to provide current and future teachers of the Korean language and those who plan to pursue academic careers in Korean Applied Linguistics with a well-founded basis and practical experience in the field.
The program draws from the existing expertise of both the Department of Linguistics and the Department of Japanese and Korean Studies to offer a unique opportunity to study Korean linguistics and its application to teaching. Students enrolling in this program are required to have third year proficiency or equivalent in Korean. Students who enrol in this program need to complete KORE5006 and KORE5007 and two other courses from the course list.
