Plan Summary
The Human Resource Management (HRM) specialisation is aimed at students interested in acquiring a working knowledge of all key HRM functions and processes. Specialists in HRM are increasingly sought after in private and public sector organisations, both as managers and as management consultants. A good knowledge of HRM issues is also important for those interested in a general management career.
This specialisation provides a strong applied and theoretical grounding in all aspects of the management of people. In order to qualify for the Human Resource Management specialisation, in addition to core and elective courses students must complete
