Description
- Concepts and issues in environmental law and policy, such as the nature, structure and development of the international and domestic environmental legal systems and of the sources of environmental law.
- Fundamental legal concepts
- Fundamental legal research skills
- Fundamental legal writing skills
Intensive face-to-face seminars for each
- Online activities and materials to be completed before and after face-to-face seminars
- Online resources accessible to the students for the duration of their enrolment in their programs.
For satisfactory completion, students must attempt each assessment and achieve an overall mark of 50% or more.
