Description

This course will focus on the law as it relates to children in a variety of contexts. Whilst the focus will be on Australian law, there will also be analysis of laws and legal systems in other jurisdictions, as well as international law, where relevant.

There is no pre-requisite for this course, however for students with an interest in Family Law, Human Rights, Medical Law or Indigenous Issues, this course allows further exploration of those areas with specific reference to children.
