Graduate Diploma of Applied Intellectual Property students are expected to have a working knowledge of intellectual property based on study of the postgraduate course LAWS8046 Intellectual Property Law and Innovation.
Course Objectives
- Have a good understanding of the intellectual property issues raised in a variety of commercial transactions and settings
- Be able to apply this knowledge to develop a range of options to address the intellectual property issues that arise in a variety of commercial transactions and settings
