Description This inter-disciplinary course examines: the construction of knowledge about gender, race and ethnicity with reference to criminal justice; the legacy of colonial relations in Australia for Indigenous peoples and on criminal justice practices; and, how ideas about ethnicity and migration relate to gendered and racialised understandings of crime and within criminal justice.
