Limitations on Exchange Program
A one-year exchange is the maximum period allowed by the UNSW International Exchange rules, with the exception of the International Studies/Law program where students can undertake an additional period to do a Law exchange. Students in Arts & Social Sciences dual degrees (e.g. Arts/Law, Science/Arts) are limited to one third of the Arts & Social Sciences component of their program, that is, one semester of exchange.
All students must spend their final semester on campus in order to re-engage with the university.
The Bachelor of Arts capstone course is unique to the degree and cannot be substituted.
