Language Studies for Commencing Mid-Year Students
If your language skills are assessed as Level A in Introductory, Intermediate, Advanced or Professional you cannot commence study until Semester 1.Program Structure
Over a period usually equivalent to six semesters of study, students complete 48 UOC in language or related courses offered by the School of Humanities and Languages.
Academic Rules
2. A candidate for the Diploma shall:
(i) have been awarded the Bachelor from the University of New South Wales or another tertiary institution, or
(ii) with the approval of the program authorities concerned, be enrolled concurrently within the University of New South Wales in an undergraduate program of the University of New South Wales which does not offer a major stream in the language concerned.
