Program Description

Students may enrol directly into Program 3146 or apply to transfer from Program 3620 (Civil Engineering) any time before the commencement of Year 4. The first three years of the combined degree program are identical to program 3620. The first three years is administered by the School of Civil & Environmental Enginnering,with the final two years administered by the School of Mining Engineering. Students aim to complete the mining requirements in four additional sessions.

Students considering this option should discuss the above arrangements with the relevant program authorities.

  1. COMP1911 is an acceptable alternative for ENGG1811
  2. MINE1300 and MMAN1300 are acceptable alternatives for CVEN1300
  3. Not all courses are offered in both sessions but students should complete 24 UOC in each session.
