![]() Program Summary
Program 3130 is designed for students who are employed in the metallurgical industry.
The program extends over six part-time years of study. The courses in Stages 3, 4, 5 and 6 normally are available only as daytime classes, and one day or more of release from industry per week may be required. Students are required to complete an approved program of industrial training of not less than twelve months prior to the award of the degree. Industrial training normally should be completed concurrently with attendance of the program, but with approval of the Head of School may be completed after completion of the prescribed course of study.
