Stream Outline
The Humanities stream is an 18 UoC stream within 6114 University Preparation Program (UPP). Students are required to complete two specified University Orientation and Study Skills courses (2 x 6uoc) and 1 FASS Gateway course (6uoc). Full details are provided in 6114.
Stream Structure
Semester One: REGZ9000 University Orientation and Study Skills UOSS 1
Semester Two: REGZ9255 University Orientation and Study Skills UOSS 2; One Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences Gateway course. Further information about Gateway courses will be available in April 2018.

The admission rank will be determined by the marks received in the core UOSS courses. A raw mark out of 100 will be weighted equally between results recorded in passing attempts at REGZ9000 UOSS 1 and REGZ9255 UOSS 2. In order to be awarded the UPP qualification and therefore be eligible to receive an admission rank, a student must also pass the Gateway elective.
A student entering UNSW via the UPP (Humanities) will receive credit for the Gateway course.
