Plan Outline

The internet is a collection of separate physical networks, interconnected by a common protocol, to forma single logical network. The internet is the substrate and chief communications backbone for the world wide web that provides for the flow of data between applications that may be geographically distributed.

Plan Structure

Within the choice of electives for Computer Science, the following courses must also be completed.

Compulsory:

COMP3331 Computer Networks&Applications (6 UOC)

Complete 3 of the following:

COMP9332 Network Routing and Switching (6 UOC)
COMP9333 Advanced Computer Networks (6 UOC)
COMP9334 Systems Capacity Planning (6 UOC)
