Plan Outline

This plan provides specialisation in the areas of music, musicology, ethnomusicology, performance, composition, music technology and jazz studies.

Plan Structure

Students are required to complete a prescribed sequence of courses (made up of core courses and options) in the areas of musicology (30 units of credit), musicianship (36 units of credit) and professional practices (36 units of credit) in addition to 78 units of credit in the BA program.

Students who do not complete course MUSC3101 Practices in Music must complete a course from the ARTS3000 series.
