The School of Organisation and Management is located in the Australian School of Business. The School's program of study in industrial relations focuses on the institutions, practices and processes associated with contemporary employment relations. It is designed on a multi-disciplinary social science basis to foster an appreciation of the many important questions relating to the role of individuals, trade unions, employers and governmental bodies in the world of work.
Students must complete
Required Courses (18 UOC)
Option List A (minimum 12 UOC)
Option List B (minimum 6 UOC)
Honours level study is available for Industrial Relations and Org. students.
Students interested in studying at Honours Level should refer to the relevant Honours plan record for entry requirements. Please note that these requirements may be subject to change. Students are advised to follow requirements according to the year they commenced. Current students are to refer to previous editions of the Online Handbook for program requirements.
