Plan Outline

Study in industrial relations focuses on the institutions, practices and processes associated with contemporary employment relations. It is designed on a multi-disciplinary social science basis to foster an appreciation of the many important questions relating to the role of individuals, trade unions, employers and governmental bodies in the world of work.
