Plan Outline

Specialisation in Human Resource Management provides a strong practical and theoretical grounding in the policies and processes involved in the management of people at work. In a climate of rapid economic change, effective labour management is being seen as a critical component of the operation and strategic planning of both private firms and public sector organisations.

Plan Structure

Students must complete:
  • 48 units of credit (UOC) from the Required and Options Course List below to fulfil requirements for a single major
  • 42 units of credit (UOC) from the Required and Options Course List below to fulfil requirements for a double major
  • 24 units of credit (UOC) from the Required Course List below to fulfil requirements for a minor

Honours level study is available for Human Resource Management students.
