Plan Summary
This plan enables students within the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences to undertake a major sequence in International Business studies.
International Business is a rapidly growing field of study dealing with the development, strategy, and management of multinational enterprises. Business is becoming increasingly international and the most effective leaders and professionals of the future will be those who know how to deal with the problems of doing business and managing organisations in a complex and uncertain global business environment. A major sequence in International Business consists of a total of 42 units of credit obtained in the following required and option courses.
Required Courses Level 1 (12 units of credit) Upper Level (18 units of credit)
Options (12 units of credit)
Other courses in Arts and Social Sciences may be substituted for the above options with the approval of the Head, School of Organisation and Management.
Honours Level study is also available in International Business.
Honours Entry To progress to Year 4 Honours in International Business a student must:
