Description

This course prepares students for a profession, which deals with issues relating to the economics of construction projects. The course cultivates in students expertise related to three key aspects: the economics of building designs, project feasibility appraisal, and the economics of the construction and property industries. This expertise is vitally important for working in the construction and property industries with the capacity of a project manager, construction manager, quantity surveyor, property manager or a facility manager, as the case may be.
