Description
Through site visits to local biotechnology businesses and a team project aimed at communicating a real biotechnology related opportunity to a range of audiences (technical, lay and business), students will gaininsight into the realities of how industry is structured and managed. Assessment will be based on performance in: the final examination; class presentations; and the team project.
Note: This course is restricted to students enroled in the Science or dual degree Science programs: 3052, 3970, 3972, 3987, 3991, 4770, 3265, 3930, 3983, 4075, or 3935.
