Description

This studio lays down the disciplinary foundations for architectural design. Through small scale and experimental design projects, the course introduces the main concepts and activities of architectural design – that is, making and thinking of human inhabitation, including space, form, order, structure, material, scale, proportion, as well as the relation between plan, section and elevation. The studio introduces manual and digital forms of representation as design tools.
