Description

The course will introduce students to Python scripting in order to program their own code and tailor made scripts implemented into Rhino or Grasshopper. Students are introduced to the new computer language by giving an overview about the advancements of Python versus other previously learned programming languages. The elective is an applied elective that will help students in gaining skills needed for their Digital Collaboration studio project.

The Project(s) are not related to the interests of the elective but uses the Digital Collaboration studio project as base for developing one very distinctive code (or more then one code) to support the aims and goals of the projects in their final year. Thus students will come with very different and very specific tasks to the elective and the tutors will help in developing these software packages for their projects.
