Description

The aim of this course is to take an innovative and creative view of information technology that extends beyond the province of business applications built and used by a single organisation. You will learn how organisations can commercialise their technological innovations and how the associated risks and benefits might be managed. Through the open innovation paradigm you will see how internal and external ideas can be brought together and innovations can be transferred inward and outward through licensing, joint ventures, and spin-offs.
