Description

Considers a variety of different approaches adopted in the study of the mind. Critically appraises theories and models of mental processes and draws from studies of both normal and impaired cognitive functioning. Includes topics such as decision-making, categorisation, perception, visual cognition, attention, memory, reasoning, and consciousness. The professional implications of selected topics will be discussed.
