Description

Processing of ceramics and its relationship to structure, properties and performance of ceramic materials. Starting materials, ceramic processing fundamentals, and processing technology taught in context of the main classes of ceramic materials (polycrystalline monolithic ceramics, glasses, and films/coatings) and the determination of structure, properties and performance.
