Description

This course introduces you to the operational, governance and strategic aspects of sourcing IS competencies. It examines the provision of IS development, operations and services using contemporary sourcing approaches. The course focuses on the practical aspects of sourcing (including contracts, risks, service level agreements etc) and explores the strategic framework within which sourcing decisions are made.
