Description

An introduction to field research in Geography, usually in the form of a four-day field trip in the mid-semester break.

Includes field methods and skills in both Physical and Human Geography, and workshops in report writing, critical analysis, and research practice.

Note: Due to revisions of Geography at UNSW, all courses previously offered as GEOH2001 have been given an equivalent course code GEOS2001 from semester 1, 2007.
