Description Considers a variety of different approaches adopted in the study of the mind. Critically appraises theories and models of mental processes and draws from studies of both normal and impaired cognitive functioning. Includes topics such as perception, visual cognition, attention, memory, reasoning, consciousness, and the association between mind and body. The professional implications of selected topics will be discussed.
