Description

Engineering drawings for mechanical engineering (drawing standards, tolerances and surface finish); engineering report writing skills; design/selection of simple machine elements through a design project of simple machine components; group activity for a design-and build project to meet a published specification and to demonstrate the performance through a design/build and test competition.
