Description

The content of this course is always subject to change. It provides an opportunity to examine a topical or controversial issue that is a matter of current debate within criminology and/or within the public arena. The topicality of the selected issue may be due to its current political importance, its emergence as a new practice or social phenomenon, or because it challenges traditional criminological explanations and promotes the development of new explanatory paradigms.
