Description

Subject Area: International Relations

This course is a multi-disciplinary course that facilitates the students to read the dynamics of Asian international politics. It will help students to understand the region’s unique political culture that shapes its pattern of international behavior. The political order of Asia and the Pacific is undergoing a substantial restructuring with global consequences. This course will introduce to the students the catalysts for the change and trend of development by analyzing the responses of key players in the dynamic process of globalization, the major players such as the US, China, Japan, Australia, and ASEAN states.
