Description Examines themes, ideas and reasoning in the Chinese philosophical tradition. Introduces students to a number of Chinese philosophical traditions including especially confucianism and Taoism. They will also be taught how to read (translations of) selected primary texts such as the 'Tao Te Ching'. Focuses on the distinctive features of Chinese Philosophy and their contemporary relevance.
