Description

This course will assist students to develop and extend basic concepts and skills in drawing and painting. Students will be encouraged to understand both the inter-relationship of form and content and the creative possibilities of various media. The importance of analytical observation will be emphasised along with investigations into historical precedents and conventions. Students will be expected to attain a basic competence in drawing and painting by the end of the session.
