Description

Objectives: To introduce optometry students to the mechanisms of drug action and interaction, with an emphasis on the pharmacology of the eye. Pharmacodymamics, pharmacokinetics and toxicology of drugs used in the diagnosis and treatment of eye conditions; side effects of drugs used to treat systemic disease.
